QCLA has a dedicated team of volunteer Board of Director members consisting of 4 Executive Officers, including the roles of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, as well as Director positions.  

The Annual General Meeting is held in October, at which time the budget and financial audit are reviewed with the membership, program reports are shared, and the incoming executive and board members are nominated and elected into their positions for the upcoming years term.
