Quesnel Community Living Association recognizes the inherent value of supporting persons with Diverse Abilities in their choices and decisions in life.  QCLA is committed to support Persons Receiving Services (PRS) in the areas of Community Inclusion and independence, according to their wishes.

That all persons live in a state of dignity, share in all elements of living in the community, and have the opportunity to participate effectively.
